Making of healthy and nutritious wheat laddu

Yes, we will make a very favorite dish for “LORD KRISHNA “, LADDU.
Friends, laddu can be made in many ways, Boondi KE Laddu, Rawa laddu, Besan laddu, Churma laddu, etc.
Today, I shall be showing you a very tasty, healthy, nutty, and delicious wheat flour laddu, using pure ghee and healthy dry fruits and nuts with the sweetness of jaggery.
Wheat laddu is very commonly made during the festival, especially in KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI. This is a festival sweet for Lord Krishna who is also known as LADDU GOPAL.
For this nutritious wheat laddu, we need pure ghee, wheat flour, and some gram flour to enhance the taste. these flours need good roasting, so need patience. The number and amount of dry fruits you add depend on your choice. also, the sweetness of sugar or jaggery is your personal choice.
however, you do the taste is ultimate.
Ingredients needed for making nutritious wheat laddu.

- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of gram flour (besan)
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3/4 to 1 cup of pure ghee
- 75 grams-Almonds
- 50 grams-cashews
- 50 grams-kishmish
- 25 grams of edible gum
- 10 grams-pistachio
- 10 grams of lotus seeds (makhana)
- 25 grams of poppy seeds
- 6-8 cardamoms-ground to powder
- 1/2 cup -dry coconut scrapings or gratings
Instructions for making Nutritious wheat laddu
frying of nuts: –
- Take all the nuts shown below and fry them in ghee till crisp.

- Now, cut fried Almonds, cashews, pistachios, and lotus seeds, and crush the edible gum.

Roasting of the flours:-
- Take a thick-bottomed kadhai and add 2 tablespoons of ghee. On a low flame, roast the measured quantity of gram flour until the raw smell of gram flour disappears and a nice aroma develops.

- Now, add the wheat flour and 3-4 tablespoons of ghee, and roast on a low flame.

- Roast on a low flame, adding some more ghee till the color and smell of the flour change. Remove the flour to a plate and turn off the flame. To that hot kadhai, add poppy seeds and roast.

- Note: -You can make the syrup in the same kadhai.
making of jaggery syrup and forming wheat laddu:-
- Take a kadhai and put jaggery and 1/4 glass of water.

- Heat on a low flame till all the jaggery melts and you start seeing the foam on the surface,
- now the syrup is ready to be used.

Instructions for making wheat laddus:-
- Grind 1/2 of the roasted nuts to a coarse powder so that it gives you a crunch when you eat the laddus.

- Keep all the things ready to add to the syrup.

- Combine all of them and mix with hot syrup.
- The mixing process should be done fast, and the syrup should not be too thick, or else the laddus will become hard.

- can add a little more ghee if the mix is too dry and not binding.
- Make small or big laddu as you wish when the mix is still hot.

A VERY YUMMY, HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS, NUTTY, DELICIOUS WHEAT FLOUR LADDU IS READY TO RELISH.
notes:- Do not make the syrup too thick, just dissolve the jaggery, and as soon as it happens, mix it with the flour and other ingredients.
You can make the same laddus using Boora sugar instead of jaggery.
But add it when the flour is a little hot. (not too much)
