Enjoying Mangoes? please do, Let us make very yummy mango rolls, delicious and mouth-melting new sweets.
Let me tell you about this particular sweet.
To make this novel sweet you don’t need any special ingredients.
Usually, sweets need too much of Ghee, sugar, Condensed milk or mava or khoya, and dry fruits.
Yummy Mango Rolls are made using more fruit sugar (natural mangoes) and using very less Normal Sugar, nominal dry fruits, a few teaspoons of Ghee, milk or milk powder, and a few Bread slices.
THE HERO OF THIS SWEET IS THE MANGO.
We can use any sweet variety of mangoes for this sweet.
You can use BADAMI, ALPHONSO, BAINGANPALLI OR RASPURI.
Select the Ripe Mango which has both color and sweetness.

Let us use any available Mango and make these YUMMY SWEET-MANGO ROLLS.
INGREDIENTS :
- Mango pulp-2 mangoes used
- Bread crumbs-4 slices used
- Sugar -1/2 cup (powdered)
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Milk powder-1/2 cup
- Dry coconut powder (Desiccated)-1/2 cup+1/4 cup (rolling)
- Ghee-3-4 teaspoon
- Almonds-4-5
- Pistachio-4-5
- Cardamom-4-5 de-seeded
- Saffron-few strands
PREPARATION NEEDED TO MAKE YUMMY MANGO ROLLS
- Select good quality mango, wash peel, and cut to pieces.
- Blend in a blender, till it is smooth and lump less.
- Now take 4 slices of any Bread (white or brown bread), and just give a few pulses to make bread crumbs.
- Mix Sugar and cardamom seeds and put them in a mixer to make sugar powder.
- Take 1/2 cup of Milk and put some Saffron strands to it.
- Chop the Almonds and Pistachio into slices or small pieces.
- Smear (grease) a plate with some ghee for setting the sweetness in it.
METHOD
- Keep a thick bottom pan on the flame to heat. (low flame)
- Add Desiccated coconut and bread crumbs to it, roast for 60 seconds, and remove from pan.
- Now to the same pan add milk with saffron, 1 teaspoon of ghee, and Milk powder.
- Let it boil.
- Add mango puree and Sugar powder to the pan with milk and combine them all.
- Keep the flame low and go on stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom.
- Now add the roasted Bread crumbs and coconut powder.
- Mix it well. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee.
- Cook till the stuff in the pan starts leaving the pan.
- Add 1 more teaspoon of ghee to it and cook till the color and form change. (thickens as soft dough).
- Now spread it evenly on the greased plate with the help of a knife or spatula.
- Put the cut dry Almonds and Pistachio pieces on it and let it rest till cool.
- Sprinkle some desiccated coconut on it.
- Cut in square pieces.

Note:- Instead of milk powder you can use milk -1 cup extra, but you have to thicken it and it takes a long time.
Instead of Desiccated coconut, you can use normal dry coconut- grated without skin.
