Mango lassi is a very -very yummy lassi, enjoyed by all age groups, and fills your stomach and heart too.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MANGO LASSI

- Mango-1 big (any sweet variety)
- Curds(yogurt)-500ml (fresh and sweet)
- Sugar -4 table spoon.
- Ice-cubes-10- 12 numbers
- Almonds-8-10 numbers
- Pistachio-6 -8 numbers
- Cardamom -5-6 numbers
PREPARATIONS TO BE DONE FOR MANGO LASSI
- Select fresh sweet mango, wash, peel, and cut into small pieces.
- Cut almonds into small slices.
- Soak the pistachio in water for 15 minutes and cut it into small pieces.
- Peel the cardamoms, remove the skin, and powder it. (5-6 numbers)
- Take a grinder jar and put the ice cubes in.
- Put 500 ml of fresh curds.
- Add cut mangoes to that
- Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the jar.
- Also, add cardamom powder to it.
- Now churn it for about 1 -2 minutes.(not continuous)
LASSI IS READY.
- Take a glass in which lassi is to be served.
- Put some ice cubes(3-4)
- Put Lassi on that till it is a little less than the rim.
- Garnish with the almond and pistachio pieces.
