TASTY POTATO SANDWICH
Hello friends. Today, I will be showcasing one of the most popular breakfasts, the potato sandwich that everyone enjoys in the morning, in their lunchbox, or at parties.

A sandwich is a breakfast made with stuffing of vegetables or spicy cooked vegetable sabji, between 2 slices of bread, and then roasted on a tawa, OTG, or in an electric sandwich maker.
Bread comes in different sizes and shapes. It can be a square, a rectangle, or a triangle. You can also make a round shape.
Sandwiches can be made in many ways, including with raw vegetables or cooked vegetables.
Sandwiches can be roasted on a flat tawa. groved tawa, or in an electric sandwich maker.
The basic ingredient used in all types of sandwiches is bread, white bread, or wheat bread. Only the stuffing differs.
Today I will be showing you a very, very tasty potato sandwich.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR MAKING POTATO SANDWICH

- Bread-8to 10 slices (salt or sandwich bread)
- Potato-2-3 medium boiled.
- onion-1 big, finely cut.
- Capsicum-1 big, finely cut.
- Green chilly-3-4 in numbers.
- Ginger-garlic paste teaspoon.
- Oil- to cook the vegetables.
- Cuminseeds-3/4 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder-1 teaspoon
- Garam masala-`1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/2 teaspoon
- Hing-1 pinch
- Salt- to taste or3/4 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves

METHOD OF MAKING THE STUFF FOR POTATO SANDWICH
- Take oil in a pan and heat.

- When oil is heated, add cumin seeds and Hing, let it splutter.

- Now add green chillies and Capsicum and saute.

- Now add the cut onions, ginger-garlic paste, and saute till it is transparent.

- Now is the time to add some spices, such as red chili powder, dry coriander powder, Salt, Turmeric, and dry mango powder.

- Add a little water so that the dry spices don’t get burnt.

- Saute till the water evaporates.

- Now add the boiled and mashed potatoes.

- Add garam masala also.
- You can use a potato masher to mix now, so that very big pieces of potato may damage the slices of bread when making the snack.

- At last, add fresh coriander leaves and the stuff is ready.

METHOD OF MAKING POTATO SANDWICH
- Take bread slices and remove the outer brown edges. Keep them ready.
- You can keep the brown edge intact if you want. It doesn’t make much difference in taste.
- Take a grilled tawa or pan and heat it. Smear some oil, ghee, or Butter.

- YOU CAN SMEAR MINT CHUTNEY ON THE SLICE AND THEN PUT THE POTATO STUFFING, WHILE MAKING a POTATO SANDWICH.
- Keep a slice of bread, potato stuff which you had just prepared, and on top, one more slice of bread. Smear some oil on top with a brush.

- Press on top of the slice with a spatula, so that the full slice of bread comes in contact with the bottom of the tawa and gets a good colour and gets roasted.


- Do the same process on both sides of the Slices, and it is done.

- Cut it diagonally to get 2 triangles.

- Serve hot, with tomato sauce or ketchup.
- A very-very tasty and yummy evening snack is ready for you to enjoy any day.
