Yes, friends, tomato soup is a very delicious, universally liked, and one of the preferred soups.

Tomato has a natural sweet and sour taste, which makes it the best choice of ingredient for making soup. you might have observed whenever you visit a hotel, for lunch or dinner, the first thing you order is soup, which is normally tomato soup. This homemade tomato soup is creamy, soothing, comforting, and full of the rich and real flavors of fresh tomatoes. Adding a little cream and butter makes it more delicious.
Let us see the Ingredients needed for the tomato soup:-
- Tomatoes-5 numbers
- Onion-1 medium
- Carrot-1 medium
- Ginger-1″ piece
- Garlic-2 numbers
- Basil leaves-few
- Butter-1 tablespoon
- Bay leaves-2 small
- Black pepper corns-10-12 in numbers
- 1 slice bread, cut into small square pieces.
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- green onion shoots- few pieces (optional)

Tomato soup preparing method:-
- The first thing you need to do is fry or roast the bread pieces.
- Keep a kadhai or deep pan on the flame, heat and add butter to it.

- Now add the bread pieces and roast them till they turn crispy. Remove onto a plate.

- Now to the same pan add cut tomatoes, carrot, onion, garlic and crushed ginger, along with bay leaf, and pepper corns.

- Now cover a lid, adding little salt so that tomatoes soften.

- Add a glass of water.
- When tomatoes turn soft, turn off the flame and cool them.

- Remove the bay leaf and put the cool soup in a grinder mixer jar and grind to a fine paste.

- Pass through a sieve or a strainer to remove the seeds and other residue.

- Put the extracted liquid into the kadhai and simmer it on a low flame.

- Can add butter or cream for richness and shine.

- Remove the form that collects on the surface while boiling the soup.

- Now, you can add the tender onion shoots.

- SOUP IS READY TO BE SERVED.

- Serve steaming hot tomato soup with a dash of butter or cream and fried crutons.(bread pieces)
