The rain has inspired me to prepare a healthy palak pakoda. I plan to make it this evening as a snack to accompany tea.
The ingredients needed are very basic and easily available in your kitchen.
The method is also very simple and quick, you can make it side by side along with Tea. The beauty of palak pakoda is that it tastes very yummy, It is soft in the middle and very crispy from the outside.
The ingredients used for making palak pakoda are gram flour, rice flour, palak, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and a few spices.
