INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD DOSA

- Bread (any)-5-6 slices
- Semolina or Rawa-1 cup
- Curds-1/2 cup
- Green chilies-6-8 in numbers
- Capsicum-1 small
- Onion-1 medium
- Carrot 1 small
- Ginger-1 inch piece
- Coriander leaves-a handful
- Salt -1 level teaspoon
- Cumin seeds-3/4 teaspoon
- Sesame or til-1 tablespoon
- Oil-to roast the dosa-5-6 tablespoons
- Water-1 cup to make the batter (while grinding)
PREPARATIONS TO BE DONE FOR YUMMY BREAD DOSA:
- First, break the bread pieces into small pieces with your hand.
- Wash, peel, and grate carrots.
- Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash and cut the green chilies into small pieces.
- Wash Coriander leaves and chop them roughly.
- Wash and cut the capsicum into small pieces.
- Wash and grate the Ginger piece.
MAKING OF BATTER FOR CRISPY BREAD DOSA
- Put the broken bread pieces into a grinder jar and run the mixer to grind it into a powder form.
- Now add the semolina and curd to the jar with bread powder, to make a smooth paste. (batter).
- Can use water while grinding.
- Put the batter into a mixing bowl.
- Now add cut Onions, Capsicum, grated Carrots, Ginger, chopped Coriander, and Green chilies,
- Also add Cumin seeds, Sesame seeds, and Salt.
- Combine all of them to make a batter for SPICY BREAD DOSA.
- When the pan is still getting heated at the last movement, add 1 teaspoon of fruit salt and little
- water,
- mix the batter very gently.
- Now the batter is ready to make dosas.
ROASTING OF BREAD DOSA ON A SPECIAL GROOVED PAN OR GRILLED PAN
- Heat the pan and smear oil on it. with a brush, so that Dosa becomes crispy and tasty.
- keep the heat very low, because slow cooking will make the dosa crispier.
- Now spread the dosa batter starting from outside
- Cover and cook for a minute
- Now put oil on that side too and flip the dosa.
- Roast on both sides till you get golden brown color.
Dosa is ready to serve
MAKING OF SQUARE- GRILLED PAN BREAD DOSA
- In the same way, heat the square grilled pan on flame.
- Reduce the flame and smear oil on it.
- Spread about 2 ladles of Batter on it.
- Put oil on it and let it cook on low flame.
- Put some oil on it and then flip.
- you will get a beautiful, crispy Dosa, with brown or golden colored marks on it.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, chutney, or with a dash of Butter when HOT.
