FRIENDS. Do you want to know how to make soft mini dosa?
In my previous post, you saw how to make super soft Dosa. These Dosas are generally served in sets of 2 or 3 so is also called SET DOSA.
From the same batter, you can make three more variations of the soft mini Dosa. Do you want to know how?

VARIATIONS OF SET MINI DOSA:
Mini Dosa can be made by using additional Vegetables.
Here I am showing 3 more variations of the basic set Dosa.
1. Mini Onion Dosa
2. Mini Carrot Dosa
3. Mini Dil leaves Dosa
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING ONION DOSA-A SOFT MINI DOSA
1. Basic set Dosa batter.-2 cups
2. Onion-1 big (finely cut)
3. Green chilly -1 or 2(finely chopped)
4. Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
5. Coriander leaves-1/4 small bunch(finely cut)
6. Salt-to taste(add little extra salt to batter)
7. Oil-1 tablespoon
METHOD OF MAKING SOFT MINI DOSA
1. Heat mini Dosa pan.
2. Smear oil nicely with a brush.
3. Spread batter in the groves.
4. Immediately spread little green chilies (cut finely)
5. Then sprinkle some jeera on it.
6. Next comes the onion layer.
7. Lastly finely chopped coriander leaves.
8. Put little oil on it and cover it. (1 tablespoon)
9. let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 seconds.
10. Turn upside down. Cook for 15 seconds.
11. Mini Onion Dosa is ready to serve.
SERVE WITH CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS FOR CARROT DOSA;-A SOFT MINI DOSA
1. Basic set dosa batter -2 cups
2. Carrot -1 big (grated)
3. Coriander leaves -1/2 small bunch (finely cut)
4. Black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
5. Salt -1/2 teaspoon,(add to batter)
6. Oil tablespoon
METHOD
1. Heat mini Dosa pan.
2. Smear oil nicely with a brush.
3. Spread batter in the groves.
4. On that sprinkle a little pepper powder.
5. Now spread carrot gratings on the batter.
6. lastly cut coriander leaves on top.
7. put little oil on all Dosas and cover.
8. let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 seconds.
9. Turn upside down, and cook for 15 seconds.
10. Mini carrot Dosa is ready to Serve.
SERVE WITH CHUTNEY
DIL LEAVES MINI DOSA
INGREDIENTS:
1. Basic set Dosa batter-2 cups
2. Dil Leaves-1 a small bunch (finely cut)
3. Pepper powder -1/2 teaspoons
4. Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
5. Oil -1 tablespoon
METHOD
1. Heat mini Dosa pan.
2. Smear oil nicely with a brush.
3. Spread batter in the groves.
4. On that sprinkle a little pepper powder.
5. Now finely chopped Dil leaves.
6. Sprinkle some oil on all Dosas and cover.
7. let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 seconds.
8. Turn upside down, and cook for 15 seconds.
9. DIL leaves mini Dosa is ready to serve
