THOSE FROM NORTHERN INDIA, ARE WELL AWARE OF THIS SO I AM TRYING TO INTRODUCE THIS TO MY SOUTH INDIAN FRIENDS.

THANDAI is the name of a drink, made out of Milk, with the flavors of dry nuts & spices in such a nice combination, that it is very soothing, cool, nutritious, tasty, and delicious to have.
To make this wonderful drink, there are 2 ways.
1) To soak the Nuts and a few spices in water and grind them to a paste and use.
2) To dry roast the nuts and other spices and make a powder to use.
Both of them need cold milk or normal milk with ice cubes.
Once, if you go through the ingredients, you can not resist tasting them.
