HEALTHY AND SPICY WHEAT BREAD

BAKING ITSELF IS A VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, THAT TOO IF YOU DO IT BY YOURSELF. YOU WILL ENJOY IT A LOT.
Let us know about the main ingredients used in making HEALTHY AND SPICY WHEAT BREAD
WHOLE WHEAT:
  1. Here we are making whole wheat bread, which has Fiber, Bran, and Germ of the Wheat making it Healthier.
  2. Fiber present in whole wheat bread Reduces the risk of Constipation and helps to Maintain Blood Sugar Levels and thus can be taken by Diabetic patients.
  3. Wheat contains a Lot of Vitamins.
  4. Wheat Benefits for Weight Loss.
  5. In this spicy wheat bread, I will be using Coriander leaves, Green chilly, and cumin seeds.
 CUMIN SEEDS (JEERA):                                     
  1. It is one of the common herbs used in every household in day-to-day dishes.
  2. This is because of its Taste and Smell and also because of its Health Benefits
  3. It contains Antioxidants and also has Anti- Cancer Properties.
  4. It treats Diarrhea and fights Bacteria and Parasites.
  5. It Lowers cholesterol and Has Anti-Inflammatory Properties.
  6. It helps in Weight Loss.
CORIANDER LEAVES:
  1. We use coriander leaves daily in our dishes, apart from its Aroma and Taste, it also has many health benefits.
  2. The flavonoids present in the Coriander leaves assist in Curing Liver ailments such as JAUNDICE and BILE DISORDERS.
  3. Phosphorous, Vitamin A, C, and K, and Antioxidants present in leaves help in improving Vision.(eyesight).
  4. It is a wonderful source of  Dietary fiber, Manganese, Iron, and Magnesium.
  5. It also Lowers LDL and increases HDL, so Good for the Heart.
  6. It is very good for Diabetes,

NOW LET US SEE WHAT  ELSE WE NEED TO BAKE SPICY WHEAT BREAD

 INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour (whole)-1+3/4 cup=250 grams
  2. Lukewarm water-1 cup=240 ml.
  3. Oil-2 tablespoon or 2 tablespoon Butter(melted)=6 teaspoons or 30 ml or grams.
  4. Sugar-2 teaspoon=10 grams
  5. Dry active yeast-1 teaspoon=5 grams
  6. Table salt-1 teaspoon=5 grams
TO ACTIVATE THE YEAST
  • Take a mixing bowl.
  • Add lukewarm water to that.
  • Now add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast to it and stir.

  • Keep it covered for about 10 mts to activate the yeast.

  • You can see froth on top of the water, which means the yeast is ready to use.
MIXING THE DOUGH FOR THE SPICY WHEAT BREAD
  • Now to the Yeast Mix, add Salt, Butter, and Wheat Flour.

  • Combine all of them with the help of a spatula.

  • You can also mix the dough on a flat plate and knead it nicely.

  • Now keep it back in the mixing bowl, smear oil on it, and keep it.

  • When keep it rising in a warm place as OVEN for about 1 hour or till it doubles in volume.

  • Now again take it back on a plate and knead.
  • Add Cumin Seeds, Coriander Leaves, and Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • Mix all of them and knead them to make a soft and pliable dough.

Putting the dough in a bread mold
  • Take a bread mold and smear oil inside that,(all the sides and bottom).

  • Now put the bread mix in it and tap the mold.

  • Again cover and keep.

PREPARATION FOR BAKING
YOU CAN BAKE IT  IN  OTG OR OVEN OR IN A PRESSURE COOKER
I am showing you to Bake in a Pressure Pan or Cooker.
  • Take a pressure pan and put salt of about 3/4 kg, spread evenly on the bottom, and heat on medium flame.
  • Keep a steel rack on the salt, so that the bread mold gets heat from all sides.

  • Once the salt gets heated, it is ready for baking
BAKING OF BREAD  
BEFORE KEEPING THE BREAD MOLD FOR BAKING SMEAR THE TOP OF THE DOUGH WITH MILK TO AVOID DRYNESS AND GET A BEAUTIFUL SHINE
NOW COVER THE LID, REMOVING ITS GASKET AND THE WHISTLE.

Let it cook for about 20-30 mts, check with a knife, if done, the knife comes out very clean.

  • See the reverse side of the bread, such a nice color.

DO NOT OVERCOOK THE BREAD. THE VERY SMELL IS AN INDICATION THAT IT IS DONE.
  • Remove from the mold and cool it completely, before cutting it into slices.

HAVE THE FRESH, HOT SPICY HOMEMADE WHEAT BREAD WITH BUTTER OR SAUCE
NOTE: STORE IN A BREAD -BOX TO KEEP IT SOFT, OR ELSE IT BECOMES HARD.
