- In this spicy wheat bread, I will be using Coriander leaves, Green chilly, and cumin seeds.
- It is one of the common herbs used in every household in day-to-day dishes.
- This is because of its Taste and Smell and also because of its Health Benefits

- It treats Diarrhea and fights Bacteria and Parasites.

- We use coriander leaves daily in our dishes, apart from its Aroma and Taste, it also has many health benefits.

NOW LET US SEE WHAT ELSE WE NEED TO BAKE SPICY WHEAT BREAD
- Wheat flour (whole)-1+3/4 cup=250 grams
- Lukewarm water-1 cup=240 ml.
- Oil-2 tablespoon or 2 tablespoon Butter(melted)=6 teaspoons or 30 ml or grams.
- Sugar-2 teaspoon=10 grams
- Dry active yeast-1 teaspoon=5 grams
- Table salt-1 teaspoon=5 grams
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add lukewarm water to that.
- Now add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of dry yeast to it and stir.
- Keep it covered for about 10 mts to activate the yeast.
- You can see froth on top of the water, which means the yeast is ready to use.
- Now to the Yeast Mix, add Salt, Butter, and Wheat Flour.
- Combine all of them with the help of a spatula.
- You can also mix the dough on a flat plate and knead it nicely.
- Now keep it back in the mixing bowl, smear oil on it, and keep it.
- When keep it rising in a warm place as OVEN for about 1 hour or till it doubles in volume.
- Now again take it back on a plate and knead.
- Add Cumin Seeds, Coriander Leaves, and Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- Mix all of them and knead them to make a soft and pliable dough.
- Take a bread mold and smear oil inside that,(all the sides and bottom).
- Now put the bread mix in it and tap the mold.
- Again cover and keep.
- Take a pressure pan and put salt of about 3/4 kg, spread evenly on the bottom, and heat on medium flame.
- Keep a steel rack on the salt, so that the bread mold gets heat from all sides.
- Once the salt gets heated, it is ready for baking
- See the reverse side of the bread, such a nice color.
- Remove from the mold and cool it completely, before cutting it into slices.
