MILK BIKKIES, IS A VERY BASIC, HOMEMADE, CRISPY, EASY, HEALTHY, YUMMY, AND ATTRACTIVE BISCUIT, WHICH IS A FLOUR-BASED FOOD PRODUCT.
LET US LEARN HOW TO MAKE MILK BIKKIES
- All-purpose flour (Maida)-75grams
- Powdered sugar- 50grams
- Unsalted butter-50 grams
- corn flour -10 grams
- Milk powder-15 grams
- Milk-2 tea spoon for making dough if needed
METHOD OF KNEADING DOUGH FOR THE MILK BIKKIES

- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add Butter (at room temperature)and Sugar powder and mix (cream)till it becomes light and fluffy with a whisk or electric beater.
- Add corn flour and milk powder to the bowl and mix.
- Now start adding maida slowly and knead a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
- Take an aluminum sheet, greeze it, and keep the balls on it keeping a distance of 1 inch.

PRE HEAT THE OVEN AT 110 DEGREE C
- Now keep the prepared tray to bake.
- Bake for about 10 to 15 mts
MILK BIKKIES ARE READY TO EAT WITH EVENING TEA
- Maida(all-purpose flour)-150 gram
- Butter-60 grams
- Powdered sugar-10 grams
- Salt-10 grams
- Baking powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Curds -1/2 cup or more as needed to knead the dough
- Curry leaves-10 -15 leaves, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves-handful, finely chopped
- Ginger-1 inch grated
- Green chilies-5-7 finely chopped
- Jeera powder or whole-3/4 teaspoon
- Black peppercorns – coarse powder 3/4 teaspoon
- Sieve Maida with baking powder and salt.
- Add the butter to Maida and mix in a mixing bowl with your fingertips.
- Now add sugar powder and all cut herbs+pepper powder and cumin seeds.
- Knead a tight dough, (like poori) as it will become a little loose later.
- Now roll it with an even thickness of 1/8 inch, on a rolling board.
- Now prick all over, with a fork or any sharp instrument.
- Cut biscuits with a lid or a sharp edge glass.
- Grease a baking tray or put parchment paper on the tray Greece paper and lay all the cut biscuits.
- PRE-HEAT OVEN FOR 175 * C FOR 10 mts and then bake the Biscuits for 15 mts
