It is small in size and easy to handle while eating and also can have as it is, no chutney needed. It is an appropriate breakfast for lunch box.
INGREDIENTS FOR MINI RAVA DOSA

- Semolina (Rava)medium -1 cup
- Beaten rice (poha)-1/2 cup(any variety)
- Curds (yogurt)-1/2 cup
- Onion-1 big finely cut
- Green chilies-4 or 5 finely chopped
- Curry leaves-10 finely cut
- Coriander leaves-handful washed and chopped
- Ginger-1-inch piece grated
- Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
- Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
- Table salt-1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek leaves or Dil leaves-handful washed and roughly chopped.
PREPARATION NEEDED FOR MAKING MINI RAVA DOSA;
- Take a bowl, put one and a half cups of Rava and two cups of water to soak it.
- Take another bowl and soak Poha after washing it in 1.5 cups of water.
- Let both of them soak for 15-20 mts.
- Meanwhile cut Onion, Green Chilies, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, and Fenugreek leaves.
- Grate ginger after washing.
PREPARING BATTER FOR MINI RAVA DOSA
- Take the soaked Rava, put it in a mixer jar, and grind for 1 minute.
- Now squeeze the poha and put it with ground rava batter.
- Also, add curds to that and grind for a few seconds.
- Remove the batter in a mixing bowl.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Now add all the ingredients left, as Onion cut, Green chilies cut, chopped Curry leaves, Coriander leaves,
- Grated ginger and Fenugreek leaves or Dil leaves.
- Now add Salt and Cumin seeds, and give it a good mix.
- Before making dosa put baking soda and mix well.
- Now batter is ready for making mini rava dosa.
- Heat a mini dosa pan on a low flame.
- When hot smear oil with the help of a brush.
- Now pour dosa batter from a Tablespoon into all the groves of the mini dosa pan.
- Sprinkle oil on it and cover the dosa pan for 30 seconds.
- Turn a little and test whether done or not. If done flip it to cook on the other side.
