Mango lassi is a very -very yummy lassi, enjoyed by all age groups, and fills your stomach and heart too.

LASSI reminds us of  PUNJAB where people welcome guests with a big glass of basic lassi made out of curds and sugar or spicy lassi made out of salt, cumin, and other spices. Today I am going to show you a very yummy lassi made with mango flavor.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MANGO LASSI

  1. Mango-1 big (any sweet variety)
  2. Curds(yogurt)-500ml (fresh and sweet)
  3. Sugar -4 table spoon.
  4. Ice-cubes-10- 12 numbers
  5. Almonds-8-10 numbers
  6. Pistachio-6 -8 numbers
  7. Cardamom -5-6 numbers
THIS IS FUEL-LESS COOKING

PREPARATIONS TO BE DONE FOR MANGO LASSI

  1. Select fresh sweet mango, wash, peel, and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut almonds into small slices.
  3. Soak the pistachio in water for 15 minutes and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Peel the cardamoms, remove the skin, and powder it. (5-6 numbers)
METHOD 
  1. Take a grinder jar and put the ice cubes in.
  2. Put 500 ml of fresh curds.
  3. Add cut mangoes to that
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the jar.
  5. Also, add cardamom powder to it.
  6. Now churn it for about 1 -2 minutes.(not continuous)

LASSI IS READY.

SERVING METHOD
  • Take a glass in which lassi is to be served.
  • Put some ice cubes(3-4)
  • Put Lassi on that till it is a little less than the rim.
  • Garnish with the almond and pistachio pieces.
ALWAYS SERVE CHILLED.

It is one of the yummiest lassi and a stomach-filling drink. It is thick but smooth and full of healthy nutrients

NOTE; Mangoes are very rich in nutrients. It has high fiber, potassium, copper, and vitamin -A, and E.
It also has antioxidants and is good for avoiding many cancers.
